By downloading or using Zenia Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Zenia Care is a family caregiving coordination app that allows family members to share and manage care information for an aging or ill loved one.
Accounts and Family Groups
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The family owner is responsible for managing family membership, including inviting and removing members. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.
Subscription and Billing
Zenia Care offers a 14-day free trial followed by a paid subscription:
- Family Plan: $9.99/month or $99.99/year (up to 3 members)
- Family Plus Plan: $13.99/month or $139.99/year (up to 5 members)
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Share another person’s health information without their consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the app
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Zenia Care is owned by Rough Neck Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rough Neck Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zenia Care. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@rnitechsolutions.com.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
