How do I invite a family member?
Go to Profile → Family Members → tap the invite icon to generate an invite code. Share the code with your family member and have them enter it when they create their account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Zenia Care → Cancel Subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open Zenia Care → go to Profile → tap Restore Purchases.
Who can edit parent information?
Only the family owner (the person who created the family) can edit parent information and change the parent photo.
